To progress and become stronger, you need to pass levels.
Each level requires a specific amount of experience in order to attain it
Like wise, to be able to use a weapon, you must have the weapon level required. This is different from the normal level. For example, you're character can be level 15, have a sword level of 4 and an axe level of 20.
