PostIntroducing Caihlem

Hi, my name is Michael Jonnes Smile
However, you'll most often see me under the name of Caihlem when on the internet.

The pseudonyme is an anagram of my name. At that, it's also a registered patent since 2007, when it was first used on the net.

Through out my life and my experiences on the net, I've learnt that the world nowadays requires that a person be able to adapt to any sort of situation. Be it in real life cases or simply because of people you deal and work with. With this in mind, I've dealt with all the situations that presented themselves to me until now.

I started working as a Moderator on the official support forum for a free forum provider in 2006. There I worked 3 years and rose to Lead Administrator. During these three years, my precepts about the work environment were put to challenge. I was also able to improve my work methods and explore new paths.
I took my leave at the end of 2009, when I felt my job was done and it was time to pass the relay on. The one replacing me was formed by myself.

As such, I have experience in working as a team player. Whether it be adding in new members into the previously exsiting team or keeping them together for better efficiency. I have also been able to develop several projects and bring them to fruition. One of which be a new embranchement of the current team.

Once retiree from the Support Forum, I was proposed another position in a new project started by one of my previous team members. This project isn't yet running though. However, I accepted it because it allows me to explore further the different possibilities that life can open to you. Once again, I deem this an example of how if you are able to always adapt, the situations present themselves, and likely benefits can be expected
